Debbie (she/her) is a Wellness Realtor® with Keller Williams and a certified aromatherapist, blending real estate with holistic wellness to support clients through major life transitions. She is the founder of Proper Xchange, a wellness brand offering custom aromatherapy products and education, and also the founder and Executive Director of Reaching Beyond Bars, a nonprofit established in 2013 to provide restorative wellness and support to justice-impacted individuals and their families.

Debbie is a key member of the Fred Sed Group, recognized for innovative marketing, extensive market knowledge, and a client-centric approach that consistently achieves top results. Debbie also serves as CEO and Professional Aromatherapist at Proper Xchange, where she leads business development, custom product formulation, and the expansion of aromatherapy and herbal wellness offerings.

With a background in crisis intervention, nonprofit leadership, and community advocacy, Debbie currently volunteers with Lifelines to Solitary, offers wellness services through Homeboy Industries, and coaches incarcerated entrepreneurs with Defy Ventures. Her leadership experience includes board roles with HOPE Atlanta and Hillsborough House of Hope. Passionate about healing and equity, Debbie brings deep compassion and a strong commitment to service to the Ella Baker Center’s mission to shift resources away from punishment and toward healing, opportunity, and systemic transformation.

Debbie holds a BA in Communications from Oglethorpe University and a NAHA for Professional Aromatherapy.
