Ash Lynette

As the Senior Resource Organizing Associate, Ash works with EBC’s supporters to help folks draw the connection between our political work and our efforts to fund the movement. They are excited to help expand EBC’s capacity by building up our base of engaged donors.

After working in several domestic violence service agencies, Ash grew frustrated with the reliance on police-centered “solutions” and went in search of community-rooted alternatives. Ash began their journey with EBC as a policy intern in 2016 and has stuck around in various roles ever since!

Ash completed their B.A. in Politics and Genders Studies at Brandeis University, and earned a Masters of Social Welfare at U.C. Berkeley. They love going on hikes, thinking/talking about the end of capitalism, and hanging out with their foster pups.
