Academy for Leaderful Action (ALA)
At EBC, we know that long-term solutions to the injustices of incarceration require reallocating resources out of prison systems and the punishment economy and reinvestment into our communities.
This starts with each of us – educating ourselves, creating communities
of resistance and organizing collectively to meet the needs of our neighbors.
Wherever you are, whatever you’re bringing, there is a place for you in this movement.
When you join the Academy for Leaderful Action, you become more than an individual contributor; you join in Ella Baker’s legacy to bring leaderful change to our communities through reflection, shared passion, and mobilization.
