Growing up, I was deathly shy and now I work in the world of external communications for global companies. It’s comical, at times, how life works. I spent my awkward, middle-school days in Germany before finding my passion for communications at the University of Miami. Now I try to align everything I do around my passions and purpose in life: using communication to connect people for better understanding.
Ella Baker Center’s mission personally resonates with me and I’m honored to do the work. I live in Los Angeles and own my own communications and branding agency, Money & Morals. Previously, I led Culture Communications and Employer Branding at LinkedIn in Silicon Valley, and Netflix in Los Angeles. I also serve on the board of First Generation College Bound, an organization based in Maryland and focused on helping low-income and first generation college bound students achieve college affordability. It was a program I was a part of in High School and where I received my first scholarship for college. Connect with me on LinkedIn.
