Founder and Executive Director
Cristina Cross is the Founder and Executive Director of Bronzed Muse, a collaborative of change makers activating impactful actions through the power of strategy and project management. She comes from an international background that informs her work. From Oakland by way of Manila and Los Angeles, Cristina utilizes her ability to navigate nuanced environments to synthesize information with a strong sense of cultural relativity.
Cristina has 7+ years of experience across the non-profit, government, and tech industries. She was a founding member of Alameda County’s Behavioral Health Care Services’ Transition Age Youth Initiative (TAYI) and served as an Advisory Board member for nearly 4 years. A sociologist at heart, she believes in the power of the youth voice to influence structural and lasting change. Cristina completed her degree in Public Policy with a minor in Ethnic Studies from Mills College, where she earned a scholarship for her commitment to social justice.
