Last year, my family and I made a huge decision. We decided to pack up and move from the suburbs of Concord, CA to a newly foreclosed property that my brother purchased in West Oakland, CA.  This house is located on Martin Luther King Jr Way in the 20’s which is also called Ghost-town.
