Police accountability sidetracked.

There is no heart in Sacramento when it comes to voting on the issue of Police Accountability. Integrity seems to be a rare commodity these days, and it appears that those of us who do possess even a modicum of this valuable, and ultimately costly, soulful, character trait are in the minority. We are often those who lack political status and therefore tend to be overlooked and our voices tend to go unheard, because, after all, who are we really?
